The proposal identifies the furniture and any agreed optional items, hire period, rental charges, delivery, installation and collection. Availability and lead times are confirmed for the project.
STR Furniture Rental
Furnish with the guest experience in mind.
For owners, property managers and accommodation operators considering rental furniture for short-stay properties. We assess the property layout, guest capacity, intended use and required duration.
Furniture, accessories, optional essentials and the handover scope are agreed in the proposal. Linen, appliances, household items and ongoing replacements are included only where expressly listed.

- Share the brief. Tell us the address, rooms, floor plan, intended use, preferred start date, duration and budget.
- Review the proposal. MYID confirms the selection, availability, hire period, itemised charges and logistics.
- Confirm the terms. Review the rental agreement, payment schedule, any security requirements, care obligations, changes, cancellation and collection arrangements.
- Plan the handover. Delivery and installation proceed after written acceptance and the required payments. Changes or extensions are confirmed separately.

What does furniture rental cost?
Pricing depends on the selected furniture, rooms, duration, location, access and agreed services. Your proposal separates rental from logistics and other charges and states how GST applies. There is no single published rate for every property.
Is there a minimum hire period?
MYID confirms the available hire period and any minimum term in the project proposal. Extensions, early returns and renewals require written confirmation; they are not automatic.
Are delivery, installation and collection included?
Only where listed in your proposal. We confirm access, lift bookings, parking, installation and collection arrangements before scheduling.
What about damage, cancellation or a change of plans?
The project rental agreement sets out care obligations, damage responsibility, any security requirements and the applicable cancellation or change charges. Review these before accepting. MYID will document agreed variations.
Can agents and property managers refer clients?
