Accidents can happen during property viewings, short-term rentals, or photography sessions. Our Rental Coverage ensures you’re protected against unexpected costs from accidental damage.

What’s included:

• Minor scratches, stains, or scuffs

• Accidental breakage of décor or accessories

• Normal wear and tear from property use

What’s not included:

• Theft or loss of items

• Deliberate damage or misuse

• Structural damage to the property

Pricing:

Choose the option that matches the scale of your rental:

• Small (1 Bedroom / up to 3 items) → A$150

• Medium (2 Bedrooms / 4–6 items) → A$200

• Large (3 Bedrooms / 7–10 items) → A$250

• XL (4+ Bedrooms / 11+ items) → A$300

How to choose:

Select the size based on either:

• The staging package you booked (1BR, 2BR, 3BR, or 4+BR), or

• The number of individual rental items in your order.
